Generous floor-to-ceiling windows wrap the space in natural light, while customizable gallery track lighting lets you sculpt the room for any moment. Three connected zones — a street-level gallery, a mezzanine, and a sunlit skylight room — can run multiple experiences at once or open into one seamless 4,000 sq ft floor.
A signature 120-inch front window opens completely onto 25th Street — one of Chelsea's most trafficked blocks — turning the facade into a branded stage or a drive-in threshold wide enough for a full-size vehicle. Street-level load-in, magnetic gallery walls, in-house AV, and a dedicated reception desk make even complex productions feel effortless.
